How to use Essential Oils
Aromalamps:
add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to aromalamp
Massage:
Dilute 6 drops per 1 oz of carrier oil (grapeseed, sweet almond, olive)
Bath:
run warm bath, add 4 to 6 drops, light candles and relax
Inhalation:
inhale directly from the bottle...or place few drops on pillowcase,
handkerchief, tissue, cottonballs, steam rooms, humidifiers.
