How to use Essential Oils

Aromalamps:

  • add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to aromalamp

  • Massage:
  • Dilute 6 drops per 1 oz of carrier oil (grapeseed, sweet almond, olive)

  • Bath:
  • run warm bath, add 4 to 6 drops, light candles and relax

  • Inhalation:
  • inhale directly from the bottle...or place few drops on pillowcase, handkerchief, tissue, cottonballs, steam rooms, humidifiers.
